VDL Start Project for Molten Salt Reactor with Thorizon
VDL is formulating its strategy for the nuclear sector, which is developing at an incredible pace. In addition to the ongoing PALLAS project, a second project has been launched with reactor manufacturer Thorizon: the development of a molten salt reactor for sustainable energy generation from the metal Thorium.

Collaboration between VDL and Defence for Scaling Up Defence Production
Minister Brekelmans and Willem van der Leegte announce that VDL, together with the Ministry of Defence, is increasing production capacity, including in Born, to strengthen the Dutch defence industry and reduce dependency on foreign countries.

Donation to Het Vergeten Kind

Opening at VDL Industrial Products
The new location of 12,000 m² in Eersel offers VDL Industrial Products plenty of additional production and development space for the expansion of the sales and service activities of components for systems in bulk handling and the security of industrial processes.

VDL Acquires Crux Agribotics
Crux Agribotics, now renamed VDL Agrobotics, develops AI‑driven robots that sort and package vegetables and fruit. This reduces labour costs, decreases food waste, and accelerates automation in horticulture.

VDL Hydrogen Systems and Battolyser Systems join forces
Together we are working on a flexible hydrogen electrolyser for large-scale industrial applications, with VDL as the manufacturing partner. The installation produces green hydrogen from renewable energy and thus contributes to accelerating the energy transition.

Donatie waarde kerstpakketten
VDL‑medewerkers hebben de waarde van hun kerstpakket gedoneerd. Dit jaar is de bijdrage van 13.020 euro naar het Prinses Máxima Centrum voor Kinderoncologie gegaan.

Zes VDL-medewerkers zijn genomineerd voor deNoordhofprijs, de jaarlijkse prijs voor uitzonderlijk vakmanschap en jong technisch talent in de Brainportregio Eindhoven. Tijn, student SummaCollege en werkzaam bij VDL GL Precision, won in de categorie Junior Vaktalent. Een prestatie om trots op te zijn!
